App History - Task Manager
The App history tab provides data over a time line. This can be handy in identifying unexpected usage, The time line can be reset in order to confirm any areas of concern. A selection of columns is also available.

Name - name of App
CPU time - Amount of time the processor has been used by an App
Network - Total amount of network resources for the period covered
Metered Network - Handy if you have a cap on your allocation
Tile Updates - Shows the usage if you have live tiles active in the start menu
Downloads - Amount downloaded by App
Uploads - Amount uploaded by App
